Mason County Action Group, Inc. provides nutrition services to hundreds of elderly and disabled individuals throughout Mason County. Luncheon meals are provided Monday through Friday (excluding Holidays and snow days) to both our meal sites and to homebound participants.

All meals are planned using set nutritional guidelines to ensure they meet the dietary requirements as established by the State of West Virginia.
